Q01What is covered in a remote consultation?

During the first remote consultation, our medical team reviews your health and current medications and determines whether to prescribe. The second remote consultation takes place after you receive your medication, lasts about 30 minutes and covers diet, lifestyle and how to take the medication

Q02Can I start taking the medication as soon as it arrives?

Start taking the medication after receiving instructions during your second remote consultation. Even if your delivery arrives earlier, do not take it before the consultation

Q03Can I still have consultations after starting the medication?

We monitor your progress once a month through a remote consultation or clinic visit. If you experience discomfort while taking the medication, send a description of your symptoms and photos via KakaoTalk, and our medical team will review them and provide guidance

Q04How does delivery within Korea work?

You will receive two boxes via Logen courier, with delivery taking 1–2 days

Q05Can I receive it overseas?

International delivery uses Korea Post EMS and takes 3–4 days. Delivery may be unavailable to some countries; we will confirm availability during your consultation

Q06Is there anything I should tell you before applying?

Please tell us about your current medications and medical conditions in the health questionnaire and consultation. We do not prescribe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and anyone under 19 needs guardian consent. Applying does not confirm a prescription; our medical team will decide after reviewing your health
